Low-Carb Almond Thins

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp granular Splenda
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Grease a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Crumble the dough and spread the crumbs into a rectangle on the foil.
  4. Spray a piece of wax paper with nonstick spray and cover the dough with it.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thickness, creating an 8 x 6-inch rectangle.
  6. Peel the wax paper off and cut the dough into 1-inch squares with a pizza or ravioli cutter. You should have 48 squares.
  7. Bake the squares on the aluminum foil for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges brown. Store in an airtight container.
