Preparation:

Melt butter in large skillet; add onion and cook until tender. Draintomatoes, reserve solids. Add tomato liquid, pepper sauce, salt, sugar andthyme to skillet; bring to a bowl. Stir in celery and cook 10 minutes oruntil tender barely tender. Add tomatoes; heat to serving tempertature andturn on to serving dish.
