0.25 c Finely chopped onion0.25 c Finely chopped celery0.25 c Catsup2.00 x Large egg whites0.25 c Dry bread crumbs1.00 ts Liquid smoke1.00 ts Salt0.06 ts Black pepper1.00 lb Ground round

Preparation:

Place all ingredients except beef in mixer bowland mix at low speed to blend well.Add beef to catsup mixture and mix at low speeduntil blended. Do not overmix. Shape into a loafabout 3 1/2" x 7". Place in a pan that has beensprayed with pan spray or lined with aluminum foil.Bake at 325 degrees F. about 1 hour or until brownedand firm.
