Beef Chop Suey Recipe

1 lb Beef round steak1 tbsp Vegetable oil1 tsp Sesame oil1 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce3 Celery stalk, thinly sliced diagonally2 medium Size onions, sliced1 cup Chicken broth2 cup Bean sprouts, rinsed

Preparation:

Trim any fat from steak and dice. In a large non-stick skillet orwok, heat oils and stir-fry meat over high heat 1 minute. Stir insoy sauce. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and keep warm. Addcelery, onions and broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heatand cook 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts. Cook 3 minutes more, thenreturn meat and stir to heat. Serve with Confitti Rice and SesameSpinach Salad.
