1 Cauliflower head1 bunch Broccoli2 small Onions, sliced and separated into1/2 cup Mayonnaise1/3 cup Vegetable oil1/3 cup Vinegar1/4 cup Sugar1/2 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper2 slice Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation:
Wash cauliflower, and remove green leaves. Separate the cauliflowerinto flowerets, slicing the large ones into bite-size pieces.Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of lowerstalks, and wash broccoli thoroughly. Cut into bite-size pieces.Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
