2 cup frozen broccoli, chopped3 tbsp margarine, =or=-3 tbsp butter3 tbsp all-purpose flour1/8 tsp pepper1 dash ground nutmeg3/4 cup light cream or milk1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded2 tbsp dry white wine1 1/2 cup cubed chicken =or=-1 1/2 cup cubed turkey3 tbsp grated parmesan1 paprika

Preparation:

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Arrange in a 10x6x2inch baking dish.Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium saucepan melt margarine or butter. Stirin flour, pepper and nutmeg. Add cream or milk and chicken broth all atonce. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add Swiss cheese and wine,stirring till cheese melts.Pour half of the sauce over broccoli. Top with chicken or turkey, then theremaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
