In small saucepan combine carrot, celery, and brothmix; add water and bring to a boil. Cook for 5minutes. Remove from heat andgradually stir in vegetable mixture; return to heatand simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Addchicken and parsley and stir to combine.
