Rinse turkey and pat dry. Loosen lining underskin with a knife. Pull skin back, leaving it attachedalong one edge.2. Make cuts in surface of turkey and insertgarlic slices. Combine salt and herbs. Sprinkleturkey with half the mixture. Replace skin and securewith toothpicks.3. Sprinkle turkey with remaining herb mixture andpaprika.4. Place turkey in a roasting pan. Fold greenonions in half lenthhwise and place inside the cavityof the turkey breast.5. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F. oven for 2 to2 1/2 hours to an internal temperature of 170 degreesF. or until meat is no longer pink. Let stand 10minutes before slicing.MICROWAVEPrepare turkey as described in steps 1 thru 3above. Place in a glass baking dish, skin side down.Cover with plastic wrap, turning back one cornerto vent. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 11 minutes.Turn skin side up and place onions underneath breast.Cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
