ol
liPreheat oven to 350 F./li
liIn a small sauce pan over medium-high heat, cook the butter and onions until the onions are a rich brown. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds more. Add the chopped mushrooms. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool slightly./li
liIn a large bowl, beat the eggs with the seasonings, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add the Parmesan cheese and Panko. Mix to combine. Add the ground turkey and sausages. Work with your hands to thoroughly combine./li
liLine a 9x13 baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Turn the meat mixture out onto the pan and flatten out to get rid of air pockets. Press the turkey mixture into a bullet loaf shape./li
liCombine mustard and mayonnaise. Spoon over loaf. Top with Panko and Parmesan cheese. Pour water or chicken broth around the loaf to keep the loaf moist while cooking. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and allow to sit, covered, for 10 minutes before slicing./li
