2 1/2 tsp Baking powder3 tbsp Reduced-calorie margarine1 tsp Reduced-calorie margarine1/2 cup Skim milk1/4 cup Sugar(or sweetneder equiv)1 tbsp Anise seeds, crushed1/4 tsp Anise extract1/2 tsp Lemon extract1 Egg1/4 cup Raisins

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine flourand baking powder. Add margarine and blend with forkuntil mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a mediumbowl, combine reamining ingredeints, except raisins.Beat with fork or wire whisk until blended. Add thismixture and raisins to dry ingredients, stirring untilall ingredients are moistened. Place ain a 4x8"nonstick loaf pan or one that has been sprayed with anonstick cooking spray. Pat down dough gently withslightly wet fingertips. Bake 30 minutes, or untiltoothpick inserted in the cneter comes out clean.
