Light And Luscious Orange Bars-Diabetic Recipe

li1 tsp Unflavored gelatin, sugar-free/li
li1/4 cup Frozen concentrated Orange Juice/li
li2 tbsp Sugar substitute/li
li1/2 tsp Vanilla/li
li1/2 cup Non-fat dry milk powder/li
li1/2 cup Cold water/li
li1 tbsp Lemon juice/li
li24 Graham crackers/li

liChill a small mixing bowl and beaters./li
liIn the top section of a double boiler, soften gelatin in the melted concentrated Orange Juice. Place over hot water, and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved./li
liRemove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla./li
liUsing cold beaters, beat dry milk and water until soft peaks form. Add the lemon juice and beat until stiff. Fold in orange juice mixture./li
liSpread on 12 Graham crackers. Top with the remaining crackers./li
liWrap individually; freeze until firm about 2 hours./li
