Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

li1/4 tsp baking powder/li
li1/4 cup nonfat margarine/li
li4 tbsp peanut butter/li
li1 tbsp brown sugar replacement/li
li1/2 cup granulated sugar replacement/li
li1 egg, well beaten/li

liPreheat oven to 375 degrees F./li
liGrease cookie sheet lightly./li
liSift together flour, baking soda, and baking powder./li
liWork margarine and peanut butter with spoon until creamy; gradually add brown sugar replacement, continue working until light./li
liAdd granulated sugar replacement and egg; beat well./li
liMix in dry ingredients thoroughly./li
liDrop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet; flatten with tines of fork in a crisscross pattern./li
liBake until done, 8-10 minutes./li
