Healthy Lamb Kebabs
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/2 yellow onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 mint leaves, minced
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 dash sea salt
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Knead the mixture for about 5 minutes to fully combine the ingredients.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to set.
- Using wet hands, shape the mixture into 8 evenly sized pieces, then place each one on a skewer. Grill the lamb until it is cooked through.
